HR Generalista Position

Specializing in advanced SAP solutions and Atlassian products, we implement customized and efficient strategies to help our clients worldwide meet their challenges and maximize the benefits of their investments in SAP systems.

As a new HR Generalist, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing the company's HR processes and will be the primary contact for employees regarding HR-related issues. You will work closely with the management team, payroll partners, and colleagues in Hungary and abroad to ensure smooth HR operations and to create a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing entry and exit processes.
  • Maintaining and managing HR records and administrative documents related to employment relationships.
  • Handling employee relations, answering employee questions and resolving issues.
  • Actively participating in the design and development of HR processes and methodologies.
  • Supporting the updating and communication of HR policies.
  • Supporting the recruitment process (publishing job ads, organizing interviews, contacting candidates).
  • Participating in performance evaluation processes and providing regular employee feedback.
  • Supporting HR processes in compliance with current labor laws and company policies.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of employment contracts, employee changes, payroll data, and HR records.
  • Coordinating internal communications (e.g., newsletters, HR announcements).
  • Participating in organizing company events (team-building activities, summer party, Christmas party).

Requirements include:

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR generalist or similar roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hungarian labor laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail.
  • Proficient English skills (both written and spoken).
  • Proactive, open, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Experience in an international company with multiple foreign branches is a plus.
