Then, keep reading - we are looking for a proactive and self-motivated student assistant for Clinical Operations at our head office in Valby.

As part of our team of 5-7 student assistants, you can expect to collaborate closely with Clinical Operations to handle key tasks within compliance, quality and administrative support. You will work both independently and collaboratively within the team, and you will gain knowledge and insights into the daily operations in a large complex pharma organization. We're also interested in hearing your suggestions, and this is a great chance to start your career in a role that offers a high degree of collaboration and many learning opportunities.

In your new role, you will:

  • Perform quality controls of various clinical documentation and ensure archiving in our electronic systems
  • Handling contracts – including electronic signature collection and archiving
  • Book flight tickets and process expense reports
  • Various general ad hoc tasks supporting our department and trial managers

You can expect to work a maximum of 12-16 hrs per week. Your work hours are flexible and can be adjusted to match your classes and exam periods.

You will join a multinational global department with 35+ colleagues who are enthusiastic about what we do and responsible towards our deliveries, colleagues and society. Our work environment is characterized by people empowerment where you are expected to take action and impact to reach results. We focus on the well-being of the individual and prioritize social initiatives to build an engaging and informal culture.

What you bring to the team:

  • Comfortable taking ownership of and coordinate your own tasks
  • Demonstrating an eye for detail and are good at structuring your time to deliver high quality work
  • Bringing enthusiasm for what you do - applying your positive attitude to learn and tackle ad-hoc tasks, both big and small
  • Enjoy being part of a team that will ask for help when needed - along with supporting colleagues in need
  • Communicating effortlessly in English – both orally and in writing, enabling you to work in an international environment with English as the corporate language

Our promise to you:

Lundbeck offers an inspiring workplace and innovative culture, where our curiosity, accountability and adaptability enable us to transform lives. We want to go faster and further on addressing the big unmet needs of people living with brain disorders. We offer rewarding careers with a mix of exciting tasks and development opportunities that are balanced with initiatives focused on your well-being.

Can you see yourself in this role? We want to hear from you. Does this sound like your dream job, but you're not sure if you meet all the requirements? We still want to hear from you!

Upload your CV and include a few lines about your motivation for applying. No separate cover letter is needed. We ask you not to include a photo or personal information that does not relate to your professional experience.
