We have an exciting opportunity for a manager to join our team and lead our Automation and Electrical Engineering department at our production site in Lumsås, Denmark. As the head of our Automation and Electrical Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing strategies that drive automation excellence and ensure high-quality project execution.

Automation and Electrical Engineering is part of the Chemical Engineering & Maintenance department. Our team is based at one of Denmark's most beautifully situated production sites in Lumsås, Odsherred. Here, our skilled colleagues produce the majority of the active substances (APIs) in Lundbeck's medicines.
You will lead an Automation and Electrical Engineering team of six internal employees and manage external consultants as needed for specific projects. Our team thrives on a positive spirit, collaboration, and a strong will to succeed in implementing automation strategies and solutions that benefit Lundbeck's production in Lumsås.
The team comprises both newly qualified and experienced professionals, providing excellent opportunities for knowledge sharing and professional growth.
