IT Service Delivery Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated IT Service Delivery Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to support our development, testing, and production environments. This role will focus on coordinating environment availability, managing deployments, troubleshooting environment issues, and supporting teams in ensuring smooth operations across multiple application landscapes.
The IT Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of the User Acceptance Testing Environments, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain development, QA, UAT, pre-prod, and production environments.
- Manage and resolve environment-related incidents, conflicts, and defects.
- Collaborate with DevOps, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to schedule environment refreshes and manage dependencies.
- Maintain environment inventory (versions, patches, releases, and configurations).
- Create environment documentation for setup, issues, and resolutions.
- Oversee & own all aspects of IT environments, from organization, creation and maintenance to governance and cost control.
- Setting up, configuring, and regularly refreshing development, test, and staging environments.
- Designing and implementing automated processes for environment creation, deployment, and testing to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Coordinating test data refreshes, restores, and ensures environments are populated with relevant data.
- Work closely & collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to understand their needs and resolve environment-related issues.
- Create & plan environment schedule for future releases with the Release Management team.
- Support deployment activities (code, configuration, and data migrations) across environments.
- Ensure availability & monitor stability, capacity, and performance.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in environment management, system administration, or DevOps support.
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Computer Science preferred.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release processes.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment tools, or version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Salesforce) is a plus.
- Good troubleshooting skills for environment and deployment issues.
- Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ITSM/Change Management processes (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
- Understanding of database refreshes, batch jobs, and data masking for lower environments.
- Knowledge of test data management practices.
