- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of development experience is required, with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with React or similar JavaScript frameworks is essential for this role.
- Candidates should have a passion for startups and may have contributed to open-source Ruby projects.
- Previous experience in a startup environment is strongly preferred, indicating adaptability and innovation.
