✨ About The Role
Lead the design, development, and support of platform architecture for engaging and meaningful products in Ruby on Rails
Collaborate with Engineering Leaders and the CTO to estimate, design, develop, debug, and launch applications that drive revenue
Translate business and customer requirements into technical solutions, resolving complex technical issues and driving innovations
Work with a small team to create quick productized applications that work with the Narvar platform, with end-to-end delivery measured in weeks
Operate like a seed-funded startup, owning products along with engineering, and ensuring products look visually appealing with the help of a dedicated designer
âš¡ Requirements
Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on Ruby on Rails and React, ideally in a startup environment
Ability to translate business and customer requirements into technical solutions while resolving complex technical issues and driving innovations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent working experience
Strong professional experience of 5+ years in software development, particularly with Ruby on Rails and React
Previous startup experience is highly preferred, showcasing a passion for building engaging and meaningful products
