✨ About The Role
The Sr. Engineering Manager will partner with the product team to develop experiences for clients and end consumers
Responsibilities include designing and building highly scalable, extensible, distributed systems aligned with a long-term vision
Leading complex technical projects, growing and mentoring a high-performing team, and contributing to the hiring process
Planning new initiatives, translating requirements into work streams, and assessing delivery milestones

Proven experience as a software engineer with a focus on building, scaling, and extending SaaS products
Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team
Experience managing technical architecture and design, leading initiatives from inception to delivery
Hands-on experience with various general-purpose languages and building high-volume, high-performance products
Previous startup experience is highly preferred, showcasing adaptability and innovation in a fast-paced environment
