Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Director of Partner Operations to lead operational delivery for one of our most strategic value-based care partnerships. This role is accountable for ensuring seamless provider engagement, payer collaboration, and performance outcomes that directly impact growth and revenue. You will serve as the central leader connecting clinical operations, analytics, network, and payer relations — driving execution, resolving operational challenges, and reinforcing our value to both provider partners and payers.

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a major value-based care partnership, with direct accountability for revenue and performance outcomes.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with provider executives, payer representatives (including regular engagement with senior payer contacts), and internal stakeholders.
  • Anticipate and address operational issues, such as technology or workflow challenges, to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical operations leaders to prioritize and execute on clinical improvement initiatives.
  • Drive effective payer meetings, representing the organization with executive presence and operational credibility.
  • Manage provider rosters and ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with contract requirements.
  • Reinforce and communicate the value of our model to senior executives across provider and payer organizations.
  • Mentor and guide leaders on your team to deliver operational excellence while fostering collaboration and accountability.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, with at least 7 years in leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in value-based care, including understanding of payer contracts, provider relations, and clinical improvement strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes partnerships and deliver outcomes in revenue-shared arrangements.
  • Experience working directly with health systems (e.g., large hospital groups or integrated delivery networks) and provider practices in both primary and specialty care.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a track record of engaging senior executives, managing complexity, and influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • A collaborative leadership style that emphasizes accountability, clarity, and innovation.

Why Join Us

This is a high-impact role where success is measured by outcomes — for our partners, for patients, and for our business. You'll have the opportunity to lead one of our most important partnerships, build trusted relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, and drive results that shape the future of value-based care.
