The Role

Intern must be available to work full time (40 hours/week) during the 10-week program.

Program Dates: May 29 – August 7, 2026.

Location: This position is an in-office role located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Work Authorization: US Work Authorization required for this role. Individuals needing visa sponsorship are not eligible.

Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate's commitment to the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made.

Join our dynamic Vyvx Broadcast Operations team and gain hands-on experience in the heart of live television and media transmission. As a Vyvx Intern, you'll support the technical backbone of our broadcast infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of content across multiple platforms.

The Main Responsibilities

In line with the Vyvx Solution Operations, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitor live broadcast feeds for quality, timing, and signal integrity
  • Assist with troubleshooting transmission issues and escalating to the Sports Transmission team
  • Work with internal business stakeholders to communicate qualitative service delivery and service management deliverables
  • Support the scheduling and routing of live and recorded content
  • Maintain logs and documentation for compliance and operational tracking

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required qualifications:

  • Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
  • Graduating August 2026 – May 2027.
  • Preferred fields include but not limited to: Business, Media Production, Broadcast Engineering, Communications, Computer Science, or related field

Proficiency and understanding of:

  • MS Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends (if needed)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to remain focused in a live broadcast environment

Compensation

Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual's level of education, geographic location, and experience/qualifications aligned to the role.

Hourly Based Pay Range: Min: $26/hour Max: $38/hour
