The HR/Payroll Analyst supports the efficient and effective delivery of payroll and HR operations service across the EMEA region (Poland, Spain, UK, Ireland). In respect of payroll, the Analyst will support all activities involved in preparation, running and close of monthly payroll for all countries within EMEA Region and will develop the knowledge and understanding to run the payrolls as back-up to the Payroll leads. In addition, the Analyst will assist with preparation and processing of employee benefits.
The Analyst will support transactional activities across the employee lifecycle such as preparing documentation, onboarding new hires, and processing leavers. The HR/Payroll Analyst will be flexible in approach, contribute towards a positive working environment, compliance with labor regulations and continuous improvement in payroll and HR systems and processes.

The Main Responsibilities
Work closely with EMEA HR & Payroll team to provide payroll and HR services to EMEA region including:
- Support with preparation for monthly payrolls such as PL, ES and IE. Eg introduction of new starters, leavers, overtime, bonuses, salary increases, statutory taxes, benefits adjustments etc.
- Support with running the monthly payroll for each country in the EMEA region including the preparation and organization of data and files in readiness for payroll run
- Support with checking the payroll data to ensure data prepared for payroll is correct and reconciled.
- Support with post payroll run activities to properly close and file the payroll
- Respond to less complex EMEA payroll and HR/benefit related queries raised by employees, managers and internal teams across Lumen global.
- Support with processing and preparation of employee benefits including benefit enrolment and preparation of data for monthly payroll, and with benefits renewal preparation.
- Develop the knowledge and understanding to be able to run the monthly payroll as a back-up to the Payroll leads for EMEA region.
- Maintain records and systems including SuccessFactors and ADP Workforce Manager Time & Attendance system, in support of monthly payroll activities, benefits data and operational end-of-year activities.
- Work with the HR team to support effective delivery of employee lifecycle processes and support including onboarding, working with HR systems, employee job changes and termination of contract.
- Deal with EMEA HR supplier invoices by posting these into Accounts system and liaising with suppliers to resolve queries etc
- Accountable for accurate record keeping and data integrity across all HR systems and records (including SuccessFactors, ADP Workforce Manager and Sharepoint records)
- Develop good understanding of employment law and policy compliance as it relates to the role, across the EMEA countries.
- Take part in projects such as process improvement in respect of payroll and HR systems, policies, services and initiatives.
- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues in EMEA HR & Payroll team: also with line managers, employees and external contacts where required. Partnership approach to problem solving.

- Ideally, some knowledge of Polish employment law as it relates to the role of HR activities
