Role Overview

The Sr. Manager, Global DevOps will lead strategic initiatives across DevOps functions supporting vehicle software, mobile applications, point-of-sale systems, and software build infrastructure. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, operational excellence, and scalability across software deployment and configuration domains. The position requires a visionary leader who can align cross-functional teams, set high standards, attract top talent, and ensure seamless collaboration to meet business objectives.

Expectations for the Role

Set and uphold high standards for software quality, release velocity, and operational resilience. Ensure disaster recovery readiness and security compliance across DevOps tooling (e.g., SCA, SAST, FOSS scans). Lead quarterly planning and reporting cycles, including campaign tracking and release metrics. Represent DevOps in executive forums, providing insights and recommendations on scaling and innovation.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or infrastructure leadership roles. Proven track record in managing CI/CD systems, OTA deployments, and software configuration at scale. Strong technical foundation in build systems, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual): $208,100 - $305,250 USD
