The position of Service Technician requires an experienced professional with extensive knowledge in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing battery-powered electric vehicles (BEVs). Our ideal candidate shows an "anything is possible" attitude and approaches their work with enthusiasm and determination. Candidates are expected to deliver outstanding performance in their respective field, possess the ability to learn quickly, and strive for perfection in a fast-paced environment. The task includes:

• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Lucid Motors vehicles
• Demonstrating and conveying learned technical skills and knowledge to others
• Effectively working with the appropriate software to document all interactions with customer vehicles properly and completely
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge about high-voltage and general electric vehicle systems
• Efficiently communicating and collaborating with other members of the service team (e.g., consultants, managers, etc.)
• Following the correct procedures for documenting repair orders
• Creative problem-solving and quick adaptation in a fast-paced environment
• Love for detail and a passion for positive customer experiences
• Passion for sustainable mobility and changing the automotive industry

Qualifications:

• Completed education as a vehicle mechatronic technician or relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of high-voltage systems, low-voltage systems, and electric vehicle drives
• Ability to work on the road and support the mobile service team as needed
• Experience in repairing premium vehicles
• Creative problem-solving and quick thinking in a hectic, fast-paced environment
• Love for detail and a passion for positive customer experiences
• Ability to work on the road and support the mobile service team as needed
• Passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry
• Ability to demonstrate and convey learned technical skills and knowledge to others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use basic computer applications like Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Advantageous:
• Previous experience with diagnosing and repairing electric vehicles
• Previous OEM master technician certification
• Training in high-voltage, airbags, and air conditioning systems
