Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid Motors vehicles
• Demonstrate and teach technical skills and knowledge to others
• Work effectively with software to document all interactions with customer vehicles
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about high-voltage and general electric vehicle systems
• Communicate and collaborate efficiently with other service team members (e.g., advisors, managers, etc.)
• Follow proper procedures for documenting repair orders
• Provide creative problem-solving and quick adaptation in a fast-paced environment
• Have a love for detail and a passion for positive customer experiences
• Be passionate about sustainable mobility and changing the automotive industry

Qualifications

• Completed training as a car mechatronician or relevant experience
• Knowledge of high-voltage systems, low-voltage systems, and electric vehicle drives
• Ability to work on the road and support the mobile service team as needed
• Experience in repairing premium vehicles
• Creative problem-solving and quick thinking in a hectic, fast-paced environment
• Love for detail and passion for positive customer experiences
• Ability to work on the road and support the mobile service team as needed
• Passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry
• Ability to demonstrate and teach technical skills and knowledge to others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use basic computer applications like Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Advantageous:
• Previous experience with diagnosing and repairing electric vehicles
• Previous OEM master technician certification
• Training in high-voltage, airbags, and air conditioning systems
