Responsibilities:
• Support achievement of business segment financial goals through effective pricing and margin management processes • Partner with marketing to guide portfolio direction and maintain pricing process cadence • Collaborate with the Global PPVM team to implement inter-segment optimization opportunities, focusing on short-term tactical improvements • Lead the monthly pricing process for the segment, including preparation for pricing council meetings and ensuring adoption of pricing tools • Manage the full product portfolio lifecycle: initiate and drive lifecycle projects, analyze portfolio performance, and identify underperforming products • Optimize available portfolio and support quarterly performance review meetings • Ensure accurate product pricing set-up and maintenance in systems • Perform price formula calculations and oversee related processes • Support go-to-market processes, including customer segmentation and distribution, in collaboration with regional sales teams • Provide financial projections for Strategic Marketing Plan and coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and other functions • Drive CRM portfolio management through sales data and funnel insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Business Administration or a related field • Minimum 5+ years of interdisciplinary experience in Marketing, Sales, and/or Supply Chain with relevant product/industry/segment knowledge • Proven ability to manage product portfolios and pricing processes, preferably in the chemical industry; experience in the oilfield chemicals industry is a plus • Strong commercial and analytical skills with expertise in Excel, Power BI, and CRM tools
