Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand the customer portfolio, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategic commercial proposals
  • Conduct negotiations and support customers with specialized technical support
  • Manage the sales pipeline in CRM and develop sales forecasts
  • Monitor sector trends, collect insights and collaborate with the marketing area
  • Implement actions aligned with Clariant's global strategy

Requirements:

  • Education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agronomy or related technical course
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales of chemical products (preferably agricultural)
  • Hunter profile, results-oriented and with strong technical-commercial vision
  • Clear communication, organization, proactivity, and team spirit
  • Experience with CRM, SAP, or commercial management tools
  • Advanced English and availability for travel (up to 30%)
