The SysOps - Trainee will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools while ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

The SysOps - Trainee will need to undergo on-job training for 3-6 months before starting work on live projects. Post training, Trainees will be placed under senior resources and assigned to system engineering tasks.

What you'll do:

• Learning and Development to build strong foundations for Cloud Operations.
• Time-bound tasks execution with the sense of ownership.
• Continuous Improvement @ LRN's Infrastructure, to support "Partner Retention" & "New Business Growth"; by ensuring high availability.
• Simplify (Product Setup and Administration), Optimize (Security and Total Cost of Ownership) and Flexible (to scale horizontally & vertically) with focus on process, automation and resiliency.
• Work with technology team to build global infrastructure on cloud computing platform.
• Execute scripts, database analysis and operational activities.
• Support database and system health activities (e.g., basic diagnostics, performance observations, and housekeeping tasks) and learn best practices in performance tuning and optimization.

• Maintain high standards for documentation, change discipline, and security hygiene while working on tickets/requests and improvements.
