HR Generalist II With A Focus On Recruiting

We're looking for an HR Generalist II with a focus on recruiting to help us attract and onboard top talent in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll own full-cycle recruiting and partner with leaders to build a strong, engaged workforce while supporting broader HR functions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Build talent pipelines through job fairs, internships, and community partnerships.
  • Deliver a smooth onboarding and orientation experience.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning and staffing strategies.
  • Track and report recruiting and staffing metrics.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of HR/recruiting experience (7+ years if non-degreed).
  • Manufacturing or union environment experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) and/or HR certification a plus.
