- The manager will optimize various user segments for onboarding, post-purchase, and winback programs across CRM channels.
- They will develop communication plans for new product launches and promotions tailored to both first and repeat purchases.
- The position requires active participation in tracking and optimizing retention KPIs, including repeat purchase rates and customer lifetime value.
- Collaboration with product, merchandising, customer experience, and operations teams is essential to enhance personalized experiences.
- The manager will also work with the Senior Director of Lifecycle & CRM to improve loyalty and referral programs.

- The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in email marketing specifically for e-commerce companies.
- They should have a strong background in managing SMS and Direct Mail campaigns, demonstrating growth through effective campaign management.
- Proficiency in using top-tier CRM platforms, such as Iterable or Braze, is essential, with a preference for candidates familiar with Iterable.
- The candidate must possess exceptional data analysis skills, enabling them to extract actionable insights and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills are necessary, with experience in managing production workflows across both internal and external teams.
