- The Retention Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of email, SMS, and direct mail lifecycle programs. - They will create and manage strategies to achieve revenue and repeat purchase targets for Lovepop.com. - The role involves executing all email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns, including content planning and implementation. - The manager will optimize various user segments for onboarding, post-purchase, and winback programs across CRM channels. - They will develop communication plans for new product launches and promotions tailored to both first and repeat purchases. - The position requires active participation in tracking and optimizing retention KPIs, including repeat purchase rates and customer lifetime value. - Collaboration with product, merchandising, customer experience, and operations teams is essential to enhance personalized experiences. - The manager will also work with the Senior Director of Lifecycle & CRM to improve loyalty and referral programs.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in email marketing specifically for e-commerce companies. - They should have a strong background in managing SMS and Direct Mail campaigns, demonstrating growth through effective campaign management. - Proficiency in using top-tier CRM platforms, such as Iterable or Braze, is essential, with a preference for candidates familiar with Iterable. - The candidate must possess exceptional data analysis skills, enabling them to extract actionable insights and influence cross-functional teams. - Strong project management skills are necessary, with experience in managing production workflows across both internal and external teams. - The successful candidate will have a customer-first approach, ensuring that all lifecycle marketing tactics prioritize the consumer's needs.
