✨ About The Role
- Responsible for leading creative and advertising initiatives across paid social channels to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in creative, product, analytics, and technology to optimize the customer journey
- Develop and execute customer growth and retention strategies across paid channels like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Own channel-level performance forecasting, budget planning, and creative experimentation in partnership with the creative team
- Proactively monitor and analyze marketing performance, competitive landscape, and marketplace trends to provide actionable insights
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in performance marketing, specifically across paid social channels, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Meta bidding, targeting, and optimization, with hands-on experience running campaigns and large-scale acquisition programs
- Skilled in scaling growth through a creative-first approach and strong analytical skills to interpret data for informed decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and prioritize strategically
- Strong project management skills and experience in providing actionable insights on creative and product performance
