The mission of the Marketing Automation Specialist is to build and deliver personalized customer communications across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail Lifecycle Marketing channels. A core part of this role will be coding responsive Emails in Lovepop's CRM platform Bloomreach, ensuring every message is visually engaging and mobile-friendly. You'll also build targeted automation flows, manage promotion codes, and collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Analytics teams to drive engagement, retention, and repeat customer revenue growth. Your work will directly shape customer experiences, strengthen long-term brand loyalty, and drive improved customer lifetime value for the Lovepop business.
- Deliver fully responsive, mobile-optimized emails that meet Lovepop brand and accessibility standards.
- Achieve error-free deployments by following thorough QA processes before every send.
- Consistently hit campaign launch deadlines while maintaining visual and functional quality.
- Build and maintain Lifecycle automation flows in Bloomreach that trigger at the right time for each audience segment and/or individual customer.
- Optimize workflows to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Keep all active automations updated, relevant, and technically sound.
- Accurately create and activate promotion codes aligned with marketing offers utilizing both Bloomreach and Shopify platforms.
- Track and report on promotion code performance to evaluate ROI in partnership with Lovepop's Analytics team.
- Ensure codes function seamlessly across all customer touchpoints.
- Regularly review Email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaign analytics to identify trends.
- Implement testing strategies (A/B or multivariate) to increase retention and repeat revenue.
- Recommend and execute improvements based on data insights and team feedback.
