An integral part of the Love, Bonito value chain, the Omnichannel Operations team, is responsible for coordinating and executing weekly launches, marketplace operations, item master, packing list management and inventory management. The team is also the SAP specialists within the Operations Department and is responsible for order management for local markets. You will be directly responsible for managing orders with vendors, for our country trade partners as well as packing lists to support international expansion, as well as other digital operations within the Omnichannel Operations team.
Main responsibilities:
- Packing List Management
- Ensure that the information provided by suppliers in the detailed packing list is correct. Liaise with suppliers to make corrections.
- Track the performance of errors made in the detailed packing list and provide feedback to Sourcing and Production.
- Monthly reports of comparing Purchase quotation and good received to spot any discrepancies on quantities or price, sounding out issues to the production team if any.
- Maintain the repository of all detailed packing lists in a neat and organized manner.
- Create and Update purchase orders in SAP with detailed packing list information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Merchandise Operations
- Preparation of order sheet in Airtable for internal country buyers and order sheet management to vendors, in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparation of order sheet for editorial orders, working with creative team and production team on submission
- Updating of launch plan in a timely and accurate manner in order to handover important information to downstream teams
- Optimising processes to improve efficiency and visibility for teams
- Assisting in other Omnichannel Operations Tasks
- Support in other Omnichannel Operations tasks in SAP
- Optimising process workflows and working together with SAP consultant to improve task efficiency on SAP
