We are currently seeking a Remote Patient Service Representative for a dynamic four-month temp-to-hire opportunity. This Remote Patient Service Representative role offers a competitive pay rate of $19.50 per hour and the flexibility of working remotely. Position highlights include:

• Remote work – California, Texas, and Illinois residents not eligible
• Pay: $19.50 per hour
• Hours: This role does not follow a set schedule or specific shifts at this time. The team operates 24/7, so flexibility is important as coverage needs may vary.
• Duration: Four months with potential for temp-to-hire, dependent on performance

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to patients and internal teams in a remote call center environment
• Handle a high volume of back-to-back calls (80+ daily) efficiently and professionally
• Meet performance goals related to satisfaction, quality, and attendance
• Use dual monitors to manage data entry, live calls, and various resources
• Assist with documentation, claims processing, and insurance benefits
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive patient data
• Provide support for Telehealth and other administrative functions

Requirements:

• Must be able to provide two supervisory references from recent roles
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum one year of recent experience in the healthcare field
• Minimum two years of recent call center experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of digital multitasking
• Private, secure home workspace with a wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass a typing test (40+ WPM) and a computer literacy assessment
