Process Control Manager
Responsible for the management of site Process Control systems. Support the development and implementation of Grace and industry best practices, Process Hazard Analysis including GMP and PSSR and Purchasing/GRs/New Vendors/Requisitions. Implement process control standards and SOPs. Provide process control support for project design and execution. Oversee the troubleshooting of DCS process control issues. Manage DCS hardware infrastructure and ensure DCS System backup. Implement functional description into DCS logic based upon LOPA. Implement process for maintaining DCS system documentation and the Honeywell PHD database. Verify reliability and accuracy of equipment/instrumentation for the monitoring of process applications. Conduct loop checks and DCS validation of new equipment. Develop scope for technical process control programs and conduct DCS user training. Provide guidance and expert knowledge for safety programs and initiatives. Support and facilitate RCAs. Write and edit SOP/work instructions. Conduct and Support Commissioning and Startup Activities, daily plant inspections of the control system and OIRs and incident investigations. Redline Engineering Drawings and Documents. Manage and catalog engineering documents, drawings, process information and updates for PandID, MOC and Interlock Schedule. Execute productivity projects. Conduct data sourcing and analysis.
