Operations Planning Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Operations Planning Coordinator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing inventory, processing and purchase orders, scheduling, shipping, and production within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate inventory, process orders, and purchase orders efficiently.
• Utilize SAP ERP systems for scheduling, shipping, and production metrics.
• Conduct weekly and monthly inventory cycle counts.
• Maintain document control to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Plan and execute logistics and materials management strategies.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse inventory, and materials management.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing and/or logistics.
• Expertise in SAP Product, MRP, and ATP Module.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• College Degree or equivalent experience in business administration, accounting, logistics, or a related technical field.
• Experience in a chemical plant manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Comfortable with document control processes.

Work Environment:

This position is 90% based in a production manufacturing office, with 10% spent on the production floor and warehouse. No travel is required.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
