Primary Responsibilities Include:
Research and resolve routine billing questions and discrepancies
Process customer auto-draft payments and apply customer credits
Manage customer account maintenance via our JIRA ticketing system related to:
1. Invoice distribution updates in multiple internal systems
2. My RxBenefits Plan access requests
3. Vendor forms for clients
4. 5500 requests
5. Assist with new client setup and billing packet process
Enter transaction fees provided into Billing system
Take ownership of billing for specialty products and other adhoc requests
Support billing specialists by assisting with formatting data, reconciliations, and other administrative items
Other billing administrative tasks as required by management
Participate in cross training within the Accounting department, as needed
Required Skills / Experience:
Entry level
High School diploma required
Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
Well-developed written and oral communications skills
Understanding the importance of confidentiality when handling PHI (Protected Health Information)
Highly collaborative team player
Good math aptitude and the ability to work accurately with numbers are essential
Takes initiative
Preferred Skills / Experience:
Some related accounting or office experience
Pharmacy benefits industry experience
Microsoft Excel skills
Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $40,260 - $47,300 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
