Job Responsibilities

The Lottery Operations Executive plays a vital role in managing and overseeing various operational tasks related to online gambling, fraud management, and transactional processes. This position involves handling lottery winning numbers, verifying information, assigning prizes, managing payments, addressing fraud concerns, and assisting with customer service queries. The Executive also monitors lotteries and supports other functions within the Operations team as needed. This role involves shift work from Monday to Sunday and can be done either full-time or part-time (30 hours).

What You Will Do:

• Store and verify lottery winning numbers promptly.
• Assign prizes in multiple currencies and handle large winners.
• Assist with fraud prevention measures and investigate suspicious activities.
• Support the customer service team with lottery-related queries.
• Ensure a seamless operation flow for lotteries.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors on operational tasks and provide assistance as needed.
