Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst)

This role is on-site for the first month, then will transition to a two-day on-site schedule. The Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst) is responsible for performing operational support duties of the Cash Management Department. Provides WebEx product training to customers and/or Bank personnel on the features and benefits of cash management products and services. Assist with user testing as needed for upgrades and new product development. Provides a full range of professional, technical, and general support to customers and Bank personnel with Cash Management Online Banking services; performs customer setups; monitors product usage and system operation; resolves problems within given authority. Helps in the coordination and support of audits and examinations. Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence; and participates in special department projects.

Top Skills:

  • + 5–7+ years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury Services, or Online Banking operations within a financial institution.
  • + Strong knowledge of cash management products and systems, including ACH, wires, remote deposit, positive pay, online banking platforms, and treasury onboarding processes.
  • + Experience training customers or internal staff, preferably using WebEx or similar platforms, with the ability to explain technical features clearly.
  • + Hands-on experience with system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT) for upgrades, new product implementations, or platform enhancements.
  • + Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational or technical issues, including customer setups, permissions, file transmissions, and product usage monitoring.

Additional Skills:

  • + Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall)
  • + Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise platforms
  • + Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • + Strong presentation skills; comfortable communicating with leadership
  • + Background in your specific sector (finance, tech, entertainment, etc.) preferred but not required

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
