Unit Head Of Performance Marketing
EPAM is seeking a strategic and results-driven Unit Head of Performance Marketing. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will lead the Performance Marketing team, responsible for end-to-end integrated campaigns and programs, including top-of-funnel demand generation, field marketing, and current client retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives. You will oversee the campaign team, partner marketing team, field team, and event management team, while building and scaling the demand generation function. This role collaborates closely with the CMO's cabinet, including GTM teams, analyst relations, brand, and COE functions, to develop integrated workstreams and drive measurable performance outcomes in the market. You will also partner with internal sales teams to prioritize business execution based on go-to-market plans.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Performance Marketing team, overseeing campaign, partner marketing, field, and event management teams
- Build and scale the demand generation team to drive business growth and market impact
- Develop and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and programs, covering top-of-funnel through field marketing, client retention, upsell, and cross-sell
- Create and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across digital channels (PPC, SEO, email, social media, affiliate marketing)
- Analyze key metrics to gauge campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and allocate budgets efficiently
- Regularly report on marketing performance to the CMO and key stakeholders
- Manage marketing budgets and oversee large-scale campaigns to maximize ROI
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and support overall business goals
- Drive firm-wide growth by generating new leads and customers through online and offline campaigns, increasing sales, maximizing conversions, and boosting the company's bottom line
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary performance marketing teams, including campaign, partner marketing, field, and event management functions
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale demand generation teams and drive measurable business growth through integrated marketing programs
- Expertise in developing and executing data-driven performance marketing strategies across digital channels such as PPC, SEO, email, social media, and affiliate marketing
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and efficiently allocate marketing budgets
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (GTM, analyst relations, brand, COE, sales) to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives and support business objectives
- Track record of reporting marketing performance to executive leadership and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
