TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Sales Performance Manager to join our growing team. As a Sales Performance Manager you will be responsible for building effective relationships with existing corporate and individual customers, exploring their business models and developing an awareness of potential solution opportunities. You will be the product expert that identifies ways to increase sales in the business. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Your compensation will be a base pay of $70-$75k. Total targeted income with commission for year one is expected to be $100k+. Training On the job training.
Requirements College Degree preferred Must have relevant sales experience for 1+ years in car rental, dealership, or travel industry required Bilingual in Spanish preferred Ability to travel 60% across the US Excellent presentation and relationship building skills Proficient in MS Office products Must have a valid driver&'s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
