Sales Associates help bring the excitement of sports and team spirit to life at Team LA. As a Sales Associate, you'll represent the Team LA brand by helping customers find what they love and making sure every visit feels special.

Sales Associates play an important part in creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere. You'll help customers find the right products, keep the store looking its best, and work closely with your team to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Customer Experience:

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Listen to their needs and offer helpful suggestions or product recommendations.
• Make shopping easy by providing accurate info about merchandise and promotions.
• Process transactions quickly and efficiently at the register, including returns and exchanges.

Product & Sales Support:

• Learn about our products so you can answer questions confidently.
• Suggest additional items when it makes sense for the customer.
• Help create a fun, fan-focused shopping experience that keeps guests coming back.

Store Operations:

• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Help with setting up displays and making sure merchandise is easy to find.
• Support with receiving shipments, tagging items, and managing inventory.
• Follow store safety and security policies, reporting anything out of the ordinary.

Teamwork:

• Work in different areas of the store based on the day's needs.
• Communicate and collaborate with your teammates to meet goals.

We're looking for someone who has a friendly, positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Interest in sports or the fan experience is a plus. Comfortable in a busy environment and open to learning new things. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Retail or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, move, and walk throughout your shift.
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, crouching, and using ladders when needed.
