As the Rank+Rally Retail Operations Manager you will assist the Director of Retail in executing "The Difference" regarding all retail operations, human resources and financials. You will implement procedural standards and expectations for the on-site retail operation as well as customer experience. The Retail Operations Manager will directly report GM of Retail to meet and exceed sales goals.
3+ years of experience working in retail or sales environments. Stamina to work 60 hours or more per week as needed. Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates. Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts (nights, weekends and applicable holidays). Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains. Must be able to reach, lift, stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout shift.
