iHeartMedia, the number one audio company in America, is looking for a skilled Programmatic Sales Strategist. This role involves generating sales-related reports, troubleshooting and maximizing programmatic campaigns, growing the programmatic client list, creating and disseminating sales collateral, and acting as an extension of the sales team.
Responsibilities include driving national programmatic revenue growth, leading and supporting programmatic presentations, providing support for all programmatic sellers and leadership on programmatic strategy and assets, developing and deploying scalable tools and digital solutions to maximize programmatic revenue, providing feedback to sellers and programmatic sales leadership on areas of opportunity, developing effective integrated programs for national clients and agencies, attending high-level sales calls and presentations, and developing and sharing repeatable success stories and case studies.
Qualifications include 3+ years of digital media experience, experience in developing and executing digital strategies, a strong customer focus, excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a strong creative background, respect for others, accountability for own work, ability to contribute to several projects at the same time, objective judgment, technical skills, prior experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, desire for continued knowledge sharing and learning, and understanding of the impact of own decisions.
Compensation is $72,000 - $90,000 and benefits include employer sponsored medical, dental and vision, company provided and supplemental life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, paid company holidays, a Spirit day, a 401K plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and a range of additional voluntary programs.
