Managing Directors are an important part of Intrepid deal teams, working closely with junior bankers and clients. Managing Directors are involved in all phases of origination and execution including:
+ 10+ years of experience in sell-side M&A advisory + Minimum 5 years of industry specific M&A + Deep understanding of the aerospace, defense and government services sectors + Extensive record and experience of originating and executing M&A transaction in the aerospace, defense and government services sectors + Outstanding academic credentials from a top tier school + Team player willing to take an integral role in Intrepid's growth + Excellent written and oral communications skills + Self-starter willing to work in an entrepreneurial, demanding, and fast paced environment + Ability to engage with prospects and intermediaries, develop relationships, and work seamlessly as a bridge for introducing other senior bankers into these relationships + FINRA Series 7, 63 or 79 license, Series 24
The typical base pay for this role is $275,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
