The Opportunity As part of the Data and Analytics team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful business intelligence initiatives. As a Director you are expected to set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. You are crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders, fostering environments where people and technology thrive together.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Building a managed services organization
• Leading cloud scale development for Data Integration
• Oversight and guidance in Data Integration tools
• Interacting with data quality systems and processes
• Understanding multi-cloud/hybrid cloud data integration
• Creating data models for business applications
• Architecting large volume/scale data integration performance
• Leading the development of accelerators/prebuilt solutions
• Master's Degree preferred

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
