These on-site leadership roles support logistics operations, workforce coordination, and venue activity from load in through load out. Both roles work closely with venue leadership teams, logistics partners, and operational staff to ensure equipment, personnel, and daily logistics functions remain on schedule. While responsibilities may vary slightly by location, the positions share the same pay structure and core expectations.
