Job Description
Drive sales growth of solar products through distributor training and customer engagement. Expand the dealer and distributor network by onboarding high-potential partners from the solar industry and competitors. Build long-term trust with channel partners to ensure Loom Solar remains their first choice for solar solutions.
Requirements Qualifications & Skills Any Graduate. 2–5 years of experience in solar product sales / channel sales / electrical product sales. Strong knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and rooftop solar solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively to meet dealers and distributors. Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about renewable energy.
