Solar Energy Sales Representative

The role of Solar Energy Sales Representative involves:
- Contact and physical meeting with retail shop/dealers/distributors to inform them about Loom Solar Product and offerings (daily visit 10 counters)
- Cold calling to prospective customers/dealers to identify sales opportunities
- Lead generation for dealer network to increase sales
- Negotiating with dealers to sell our product only if competitor is offering a similar price
- Preparing quotations and sharing with dealers for their order requirement
- Keeping records and updating of all visits in the company sales application
- Picking up calls and responding to each dealer on an immediate basis
- Ensuring that Loom Solar products are the first choice in the channel vis a vis the competition
- Ensuring stock availability of 30 days inventory with channel partners
- Monitoring distributor and dealer stock movement & secondary/tertiary sales
- Conducting distributor/dealer meets and training programs

Benefits include:
- Preferred graduate/MBA candidate with 1-2 years' experience in the solar/power backup industry

- Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi
- An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 2 years
- Rigorous follow-up and negotiation skills to build relationships with dealers/distributors
Work Timing: 10am to 7pm (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: Rs. 25,000 to 40,000 monthly, (Plus incentive which can make a salary above Rs. 55,000)
