The Role
Loom is looking for a Senior Associate for Revenue Operations. This role focuses on our top Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, bridging the gap between our self-serve and sales-led channels. We need someone who understands customers, is good with data, and can work effectively with different teams.
Reporting to the Director of Business & Revenue Operations, you will contribute directly to Loom’s success in one of our most cross-functional roles, working closely with Sales, CX, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance on urgent business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, scoring, and enrichment of both accounts and contacts to drive upsells from our existing customer base
- Oversee the operational components of integrating our Sales motion with our Support team and BPO partnership to turn help requests into leads
- Parter with our Scaled CX team to deploy self-serve onboarding and retention initiatives to handle our growing volume of SMB and Mid-Market accounts.
- Own the tech stack, infrastructure, and analytics for our sales-led contact form and routing logic
- Enable the operational aspects of our new packages and add ons, including the Loom AI Suite, for our sales organization
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in operations, sales enablement, or GTM strategy in a tech/SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience in implementing operational frameworks that sync well with sales and marketing endeavors
- Exceptional analytical skills, proficient in Excel and SQL
- Ability to execute projects independently from scoping to deployment
- Experience in CRM platforms like Salesforce and Hubspot
- Familiarity with lead scoring methods and technologies
