Summary: Join our team as a Sales Manager Assistant and support the daily operations of our new- and used-vehicle sales departments. You'll play a key role in handling administrative tasks, helping our sales managers run an efficient and successful department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and scheduling department staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle administrative tasks to support sales goals and improve department efficiency.
• Help develop budgets, forecast goals, and track progress for both the team and individual salespeople.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure dealership policies are followed.
• Collaborate on sales meetings, regulatory compliance, and cross-department teamwork.
