DevOps Engineer

LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider. LSEG makes financial data accessible to its customers. Raw financial data sourced from regulated Exchanged or from OTC (Over the Counter) Data providers always needs to be augmented with financial analytics for financial markets players to take decisions and trade within financial markets.

Alongside raw financial data LSEG provides such financial analytics services that are powered by backend infrastructures and platforms running in multi-Cloud environment.

This role will work as part of a scrum team, collaborating with data scientists and developers. The responsibility is to develop DevOps process in a scrum team, design, build, debug and solve AWS/Azure based solutions.

Experience Required:

Must Have:

• Overall 10+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and building Azure/AWS infrastructure. Experience and strong understanding of Azure/AWS concepts, including Accounts, Subscriptions, Virtual Networks, Subnets, Security Groups, NAT Gateways, Application Gateway, EKS/AKS, Cloudwatch, Lambda, etc…
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in provisioning Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Enterprise or Community edition.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in building CI/CD solutions using Jenkins/Gitlab CI
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Kubernetes and Helm.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Logging, Alerting and Monitoring solutions (ELK/EFK, Prometheus, Grafana, BigPanda, Datadog, etc…)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux OS and networking.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science.
