Role Summary: Application support engineer is a support role who is responsible for providing suggestions and consultancy to both internal and external clients in areas where technical expertise is required by non-technical role. We investigate root of issue, incident and technical query to bring the best solution to ensure ongoing service of our system. We provide support and deliver works to help improve the development team by taking on issues and queries which interfere in development's working cycle.
