Leading and managing multiple engineering teams across various customer-facing domains

Setting and evolving technical direction in collaboration with other engineering leaders.

Driving modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, observability, performance monitoring).

Coaching and developing engineering managers and senior individual contributors to achieve technical and professional excellence.

Partnering with Product and Design teams to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-quality customer outcomes.

Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top engineering talent.

Acting as a senior voice in engineering planning, incident response, and operational readiness.

Driving continuous improvement and promoting a learning culture within your teams.

Proven leadership skills in global engineering functions

Proven experience collaborating across various disciplines and organizational structure

Ability to swiftly analyze complex problems and communicate them effectively at an executive level

Strong communication skills

Proven track record of managing large technology transformation projects in the financial industry

Experienced in agile software development practices

High emotional intelligence, able to read the room and understand organizational complexities

Coordination of product roadmaps

Previous relevant experience in Engineering

LSEG is committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł315,600 - zł526,200. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our annual bonus plan ("bonus plan"). Target bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
