Investment and Wealth Management Workflows Support delivers all aspects of application support for Workspace and Eikon desktop and various solutions for Investment Management and Wealth, covering usability and customization, content search, explanation, and integrity. The Associate Specialist provides effective and courteous support to customers in relation to their product or service. This includes active focus on enquiry resolution, a positive client-centric demeanor always and ensuring that all the required action is taken to resolve a customer’s enquiry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responds to more advanced and/or specialized issues, resolving as many inquiries as possible on the first interaction.
  • Works mainly independently to resolve client queries and largely follows precedents, having basic and intermediate knowledge of specialized concepts.
  • Solves advanced issues that may involve interpreting the needs of the customer, determining the solution to the problem, and assessing any downstream impact.
  • Assists new team members in learning the processes and procedures required to deliver excellent customer service.
  • May act as an expert and provide work direction to fix a raised customer inquiry.
  • Ensures the accurate delivery of information and resolution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Displays understanding of financial markets and cross-asset views which support multiple asset types held in client portfolios: Equities, Commodities, FIFX, Economics, Fundamentals, Estimates, ESG, Private Equities among others.
  • Expert understanding of relevant products and data and understanding of client workflows i.e. Wealth, Investment Management and Trading.
  • Performance-driven and focus on delivering results.
  • Detail oriented with sound information probing skills.
  • Well-developed analytical skills that can problem solve and develop solutions.
  • Potential to communicate and engage effectively, verbally and in writing, in English and any other designated languages with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility in working hours and is flexible to any working schedule.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree - University qualified in a field relating to the financial markets, the finance sector or business is a plus.
  • Experience in a customer service or contact center environment preferred. Previous experience in the financial industry desirable.
  • The ability to learn and become specialists in products and develop a sound understanding of the financial markets they serve.
  • Positive approach to undertake additional projects and responsibilities from time to time.
  • Business level, both written and spoken fluency in English requirement.
