Agile Delivery Leads know how to create and support high-performing cross-functional software delivery teams, ensuring flow from customer needs to operational services.
The right candidate needs to demonstrate agile approach and fully embrace agile principles and culture. They must know how to help teams in a large agile delivery organization. They need to value and support good quality engineering and be able to influence customers and stakeholders towards a more agile way of working.
The role will involve some Product Management and classic Scrum Master activities for more than one team and will be expected to become comfortable in the relevant technical domains (e.g. Azure or GCP)
The role holder will help to feed work into the delivery teams and participate in prioritization. They will support teams during delivery, removing blockers and helping to create transparency. They will balance agile delivery with some traditional programme management practices around project initiation, governance and control. They will embrace change but help towards predictability where required.
This role is truly involved in real agile delivery and transformation. Interfaces are still required into more traditional processes and the role will also be expected to feedback and to help to transform those processes.
This is unlikely to be your first experience of agile delivery and you will have realized that agile delivery makes more sense in certain domains. You will need to be comfortable with agile principles, attitude and culture and know how to help teams in a large-scale agile delivery model deliver value through good quality engineering and in turn the delivery of your project goals.

More than 5 years of delivery/project experience.

Global experience – working successfully with teams in multiple locations simultaneously
Experience and knowledge of large scale agile
Experience of agile coaching and transformation
Good understanding of software engineering practices
Experience on Public Cloud projects (CoE models, and other platforms enterprise services models)
A learner, someone always looking for self-improvement.
Agile certifications
Experience with Scrum, Kanban and other Agile frameworks
Exceptional knowledge of Lean-Agile principles and methodologies, with an ability to put them into practice
Understanding of scaled frameworks such as LeSS and SAFe
Leadership including: Guidance and support provided to the immediate agile team and wider team/partners as required
Coaching and mentoring of agile team to build and mature agile delivery capability.
