The management of load carriers (e.g. pallets, containers) is a process away from the core business and causes personnel costs, capital commitment, transports and disputes with customers. Available software solutions are only suitable for sections of load carriers and require costly implementation projects. Furthermore, every new user must be trained. By combining knowledge from various consulting and development projects with deep technology knowledge (cloud, app, AI, IoT) we can offer the only solution that is suitable for all types of load carriers and can be used immediately without a project. We do not stop at the generation and visualization of data but automate many processes that are manual today, such as the reconciliation of balances or the reclaiming of own load carriers. Our vision is to build a cross-industry ecosystem, the operating system, for load carriers. This also helps the environment by reducing paper and transport and using existing load carriers more efficiently.

Tasks

Lead Generation & Research

  • You identify and research potential customers and contacts
  • You analyze markets and trends and bring your own ideas for customer outreach

First Contact & Acquisition

  • You proactively contact potential customers (by phone and digitally)
  • You conduct cold phone sales
  • You analyze needs and qualify leads for the further sales process

CRM & Collaboration

  • You maintain your deals in the CRM independently
  • You work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to continuously improve our processes
  • You support at trade shows and events to generate new contacts

Qualification

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics)
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbally and in writing
  • You like to make phone calls and have no fear of cold calling
  • Your openness and friendliness help you to act successfully in customer contact
  • Reliability and independence characterize you
  • A confident use of MS Office is assumed, first experiences with Pipedrive are helpful but not mandatory
