Internship
We are looking for highly motivated college students who are eager to learn! All majors are welcome to apply. Interviews and internships will be held in-person. Looking for proficiency in Excel, Word, and data entry. We require good communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn.
We have flexible hours starting 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday. Internships will be on site at our Headquarters in Erie's historic Union Station. The program will run from May to August, 2026.
Applications will be reviewed in January.
Responsibilities:
- HR data entry into Human Resources Information System (Paycom, HRMS, E-Verify), including personnel and benefits data
- Assist with employee onboarding and employee life cycle
- Maintain the corporate calendar for leadership team
- Assist the legal department with organization
- Answer Operator phone line and direct calls to appropriate department/team member
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven track record of strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated experience with sensitive and confidential information
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion as to departmental and Company matters, information and projects, and project professionalism in all communication
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
