⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Inside Sales Representative (ISR), or Business Development Representative (BDR) role within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong communication skills are essential, particularly in engaging with technical and C-level prospects.
- The candidate should possess effective organizational and problem-solving skills to adapt to the diverse needs of the prospecting process.
- A self-starter who is creative and process-driven, with a passion for the SDR function and its impact on business growth.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and 6sense is highly desirable.
