Project Management Manager

Function Description: Plans, monitors, and manages external client projects from initiation to completion. Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes. Manages projects to ensure client satisfaction and to meet contractual obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs, and timeframes.
