Function Description: Designs, develops, modifies, adapts, and implements short- and long-term solutions to information technology (IT) needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems, and applications infrastructure. Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs, and implements software solutions.
