Your Role:

• You will take care of and develop our customers from the upper middle market and AGs in the area of connectivity and networking.
• You bring a strong network in the customer environment of the upper middle market or AGs and use this for sustainable growth.
• You recognize opportunities, implement innovative sales strategies, and actively bring in your ideas.
• With the most modern tools and agile methods, you shape the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing.
• You use the full power of our tech team (presales, consulting, architecture) and work closely with leading technology partners like Cisco.
• You measure your performance by transparent KPIs – you shape how you achieve them yourself.
• You are part of a diverse, open team that values mutual support, feedback, and fun at work.

What You Bring:

• Experience in the sales of IT/connectivity solutions, ideally in a B2B environment.
• A reliable network in the customer environment of the upper middle market or AGs.
• Passion for innovation, digitalization, and modern network technologies.
• Courage to rethink things, a desire for change, and the ability to inspire customers.
• Communication skills, initiative, and a growth mindset.
• Very good German and English language skills.
